About
The name Sushi “Mo-mo-da”, originates from China meaning cute. We are a young company formed from husband and wife. Established on September 2017 based in Surrey Quays shopping centre. We wanted to create a place for the locals where people can enjoy fresh quality sushi with exceptional craft as much as we do.
FRESH
Always choosing the freshest vegetables and fish. We never sell the same sushi the next day.
HYGIENE
Our chef works in an open kitchen with all sushi made in front of all customers.

Fu
When he was a young boy, his dream one day was to have his own sushi shop. Fu has dedicated his time to create beautiful and delicious sushi using traditional methods and his own creativity. His favourite sushi rolls are the spider roll and crunch tempura.
Hong
Hong’s love for sushi is huge especially as it’s her children’s favourite food. Hong is Fu’s right-hand lady who helps maintain the organisation and quality of every piece of food sold to customers. Ensuring everything is up to the highest standard. Nothing leaves the counter unless she would buy it herself. Her favourites are the hand-rolled prawn temaki and sushi smart roll.
